Thursdays. Meet by 18.30 at the cafe on the Inner Circle, Regents Park, or join going round, for an hour of anti-clockwise laps of the Outer Circle or Inner Circle, before retiring for tea and coffee. Suitable for those who can maintain 30kph in a tight bunch.
