The Wednesday Night Ride

Meet 17:45 for 18:00 away from Broadway Market/junction of Duncan Street E8 4PH – opposite La Bouche cafe. Out through the traffc into Essex/Herts, quick pint and home – approx 50km round trip and back into London by dusk. Suitable for those who can maintain 25kph, no stopping.

Ronde de Regents Park

Thursdays. Meet by 18.30 at the cafe on the Inner Circle, Regents Park, or join going round. A few anti-clockwise laps of the Outer Circle to warm up, then into the Inner Circle, working on speed and skills. Retire at 19.30 to Uno Italia, Charlotte St. for coffee. Suitable for those who can maintain 30kph in a tight bunch.
