Thursdays throughout the summer. Meet by 18.30 at the cafe on the Inner Circle, Regents Park, or join going round, for an hour of anti-clockwise laps of the Outer Circle or Inner Circle, before retiring for tea and coffee. Suitable for those who can maintain 30kph in a tight bunch.

Monthly rides from St Albans

Meet on the first Tuesday of the month in the cafe at St Albans Cathedral bewteen 10.30 and 11.00 for coffee and a chat followed by an informal ride to a pub for a leisurely lunch and return to St Albans. Train from St Pancras at 09.36.

There will be no ride in April, as both Paul and John will be away on the Easter tour .
